Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided. Prices may vary if the condition of the property differs from what was described.
Payments
Payment is required on the day of service or within 24 hours of an invoice.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Breakages & Damage
We take the utmost care while cleaning. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean where appropriate.
